Mrs. Monoko is a kind Japanese granny, she always has a warm smile, which could make people who have seen her feel heart-warming. Although she is living in Canada, Kimono still her favourite outfit. Every time when we see her, she is always wearing kimono in red. In 2021, she will turn 86, but she still the head chef in the restaurant. She says:” Nothing warms the heart other than cooking, cooking is my life, is my soul, is my everything, and let the food bring everyone joy.”
